Announcement in Respect of Issuance of the First Tranche of Mid-term Notes

The Proposal in Respect of Applying for Issuance of Mid-term Notes and Renewal of Short-term Financing Bonds was approved by the Annual Shareholders’ General Meeting convened on April 22^nd, 2010. On Sep 8^th, 2010, the Company successfully issued the first tranche of 2010 mid-term notes in China’s inter-bank bond market. The issuance results are as follows:
